Keynote speaker: María Bastida Dominguez

María Bastida Dominguez, PhD currently works as a full professor and researcher at the Departamento de Organización de Empresas y Comercialización, University of Santiago de Compostela.

María research is focused in Organizational studies, with particular attention to International Human Resources as well as female studies. Thus, her publications cover 5 book chapters (3 international) and 32 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, indexed in ISI-JCR and SCOPUS. She has been a reviewer in journals as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Global Mobility. Participated in numerous scientific conferences and workshops, as the EWOP or EURAM. She is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and EURAM.
